Waterford and all of the Waterford brands including Marquis by Waterford, Royal Doulton and Wedgwood can be used for consumer promotions, including casino or alcohol brands. Both the name and logo can be used. This includes direct mail pieces, advertising, etc. 

All promotion material must approved by Waterfor prior to running.
