Most samples can be returned to the supplier within 30 days as long as they are still unused. Contact us to get a Return Authorization (RA).

Never return a sample without an RA. Returns to a manufacturer without an RA will not be recognized by the manufacturer and you will not receive a return credit.

Exceptions

The following brands will not accept returns under any circumstances:

• Bose
• Citizen Watches
