FAQ > Returns > What is a Return Authorization (RA) ?
A Return Authorization, usally referred to as an RA, is a code given by the manufacturer so that when they receive your return they know how to credit the item properly.
Manufacturers ship a lot of merchandise every day. NEVER return a sample without an RA. Returns to a manufacturer without an RA will not be recognized by the manufacturer and you will not receive a return credit.
After you've been give an RA number you can safely return your item. Clearly indicate on the outside of the package the RA number.
Remember, you must pay for all invoices as they are received. The supplier will issue a credit for your approved RA which you can apply to a future purchase.
