The corporate markets department, or special markets department, of any supplier usually only has one or two people for the entire nation. They rely on us to handle the majority of their follow up for customers in California, Idaho, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington.

You are welcome to contact our suppliers directly at any time. In fact your account is with the supplier directly, not Greunke. However, you will usually get a faster answer by contacting Greunke. As a territory manager we are more engaged with accounts in our territory than our suppliers.

Most importantly, we are very knowledgable about every supplier's strengths and weaknesses. Our suppliers solutions will tend to focus on their product. Greunke will present the best solution for your project from all of our suppliers.
