We are always looking for new suppliers but we have a strict criteria that determines if we can represent a company.
- Suppliers must provide a highly recognizable retail brand. We do not represent any gift card or travel companies.
- The brand and product must be ideal for a broad audience. There are some greate niche products on the market but our suppliers must be able to ship anywere from several units to several thousand units. Niche products generally don't have the ability to ship or produce those kinds of quantities.
- The supplier must be able to ship both bulk and drop ship orders. It's ok if a supplier does not ship drop ship orders as long as there is a dedicated special markets fullfillment center.
- The supplier must be able to update Rep-Link. The database we use to research product is updated by a service called RepLink. This database creates an easy way for suppliers to keep product up to date and provides a consistent format for presenting merchandise.
- The supplier must be reliable. There are great brands we would love to represent but can't because of their fulfillment process. A retail store can accept any type of order as long as they eventually get the product. When we place an order for 100 blue cameras the supplier must ship exactly that amount and model by the requested deadline.
