Ingredients- 3 Tbs meringue powder
- 1/4 Tsp lemon juice (may substitute 1/2 tsp cream of tartar)
- 1/3 Cup water
- 1 Lb powdered sugar
Directions- Put lemon juice in a measuring cup and add water to 1/3 cup.
- Wisk together with the meringue powder and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar and beat at medium speed for 7 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container preferably glass or metal. Do not mix in a plastic bowl.
- May also be stored in a new zip lock bag with all of the air removed. Does not need refrigeration.
