Coconut Kodiak Waffles

This is an homage to the coconut pancakes from South East Asia. Made with Kodiak Whole Wheat Oat & Honey Frontier Flapjack & Waffle Mix they're easy to make and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kodiak Whole Wheat Oat & Honey Frontier Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 Cup Cocnut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour mixture into a waffle maker. Cook a little longer than the automatic notification so that they are a bit caramelized and crispy.
Serve with butter and sliced bananas.
