Steel Cut Oats

Much healthier than rolled outs and a more chewy texture. There are many different brands but you can't beat buying in bulk, oats are oats.


1/4 Cup Steel cut oats
1 Cup Water


  1. Boil water.
  2. After boiling turn down to a high simmer. Add oats and let boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and serve.
I like to stir in cinnamon and honey before plating.
