Cocktail Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Scotch
  • 1 Oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters (or Angostura bitters)

Garnish

  • 1 Maraschino cherry - or
  • 1 Twist Lemon peel

Directions

  1. Stir, strain, straight up in a cocktail glass (or on the rocks).
  2. Garnish with cherry or twist.

Notes

Can also be made "perfect" with half sweet and half dry vermouth, or "dry" with all dry vermouth.
