GlassCocktail Glass Ingredients- 2 Oz Scotch
- 1 Oz Sweet vermouth
- 1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters (or Angostura bitters)
Garnish- 1 Maraschino cherry - or
- 1 Twist Lemon peel
Directions- Stir, strain, straight up in a cocktail glass (or on the rocks).
- Garnish with cherry or twist.
NotesCan also be made "perfect" with half sweet and half dry vermouth, or "dry" with all dry vermouth. |
