Meg's Lunch

My roommate in college used to make this in the afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Olive oil.
  • 2 Garlic cloves, chopped finely.
  • 4 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • Chopped basil
  • Olive oil
  • Pasta

Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan (not too hot). 
  2. Throw in garlic cloves and tomatoes. 
  3. Saute for about 3 minutes. 
  4. Add basil last minute...
  5. Serve over cooked pasta.
