Ingredients- 3-4 Eggs
- 2 Small Bok Choy
- 2 Small or 1 Large Tomato, diced
- 2 Tbs Lee Kum Kee Korean BBQ Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- 1 Cup cooked rice
Directions- Start cooking rice.
- Oil pan and lightly scramble eggs with pinch of salt until nearly cooked. Remove from pan.
- Add more olive oil and saute bok choy.
- Add tomoatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in 1 Tbs Korean BBQ sauce .
- Fold egg into mixture. Add remaining Tbs of Korean BBQ sauce. Cook for 1 more minute and serve over rice.
