Ingredients- 2 Ripe tomatoes
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 1 Pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper
- 1/4 Tsp white sugar
- 1 Tsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions- In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, cinnamon, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, oil and parsley.
- Blend without liquifying - should remain a little chunky.
