A tasty and fresh Ahi meal. Ingredients- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs Wasabi paste
- 1 Tsp Chili sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tuna steaks
- 2 Tbs Black Peppercorns
- 2 Tbs White Peppercorns
- 2 Tbs Green Peppercorns
- 2 Tbs Pink Peppercorns
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
Directions- Mix wasabi mixture in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Grind all peppercorns and salt in a mortar and pestle.
- Spread peppercorn mixture into a flat pan and coat tun on all sides.
- Add olive oil to pan and fry tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side. Pick tuna up and briefly fry all of the sides of the tuna.
- Cut tuna into 1/4" slices and plate.
- Serve wasabi mixture in a dipping bowl with the tuna steaks.
