Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Greg's cajun rub
  • 1 Tbs Butter (or Olive Oil)
  • 2 Halibut fillets

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the halibut fillets with Greg's cajun rub, pressing with your fingers to help the coating adhere.
  2. In a large cast-iron skillet, cook fillets in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
