Servings 2 Ingredients- 20 Large shrimp
- 1 Small fresh chilies
- 2 Tbs Cilantro
- 3 Limes
- 3 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 - 3 Pinches of Sea salt
Directions- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Finely chop the chilies. Zest the three limes. Coarsely chop the cilantro. Add chilies, lime zest, cilantro, one tablespoon olive oil and sea salt to a bowl and stir.
- Add 2 Tbs olive oil to grill pan and heat on high.
- Cook shrimp for 60 seconds, flip, and cook until shrimp is white.
- Toss shrimp in a bowl.
- Serve over bed of lettuce. Add several limes to each plate for squeezing over the shrimp.
