Grilled Shrimp with Cilantro, Chilies and Lime

  • 20 Large shrimp
  • 1 Small fresh chilies
  • 2 Tbs Cilantro
  • 3 Limes
  • 3 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 - 3 Pinches of Sea salt


  1. Peel and devein shrimp. 
  2. Finely chop the chilies. Zest the three limes. Coarsely chop the cilantro. Add chilies, lime zest, cilantro, one tablespoon olive oil and sea salt to a bowl and stir.
  3. Add 2 Tbs olive oil to grill pan and heat on high. 
  4. Cook shrimp for 60 seconds, flip, and cook until shrimp is white.
  5. Toss shrimp in a bowl.
  6. Serve over bed of lettuce. Add several limes to each plate for squeezing over the shrimp.
