Garlic Shrimp & Pasta

This pasta dish only takes a minute to make and tastes like you spent all day cooking. The secret simple, fresh ingredients.


1/4 Cup sliced white mushrooms
2 Bulbs chopped garlic
1/2 Cup shredded basil
1 lb Medium shrimp, peeled and de-vained
Olive oil


  1. Boil pasta. I always add a few pinches of salt to add a little body to the pasta.
  2. When pasta is al dente remove from the water and drain.
  3. In the pot used for boiling pasta add 2 Tbs olive oil and sauté 1/2 of your garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
  4. Warm 2 Tbs oil and sauté the remaining garlic for one minute. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Sauté 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Add shrimp, shredded basil and pasta to the pot and stir until pasta is warm and well coated.
