Bacon and Parma Spätzle
Always make extra
Spätzle so that you can get creative the rest of the week. This recipe is one of Ronan's favorite breakfasts.
Ingredients
1 Cup
Spätzle
1 Slice Cooked Bacon
Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs Butter
Instructions
Make the bacon and
Spätzle a day in advance. Store in the fridge.
Chop bacon into small bits.
Melt butter in a small frying pan. Add bacon and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add Spätzle and sauté another 2 minutes.
Grate Parmesan cheese over Spätzle; stir and sauté another 2 minutes.
