Bacon and Parma Spätzle

Always make extra Spätzle so that you can get creative the rest of the week. This recipe is one of Ronan's favorite breakfasts.


  • 1 Cup Spätzle
  • 1 Slice Cooked Bacon
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbs Butter


  1. Make the bacon and Spätzle a day in advance. Store in the fridge.
  2. Chop bacon into small bits.
  3. Melt butter in a small frying pan. Add bacon and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add Spätzle and sauté another 2 minutes.
  5. Grate Parmesan cheese over Spätzle; stir and sauté another 2 minutes.
