- 1 Clove Garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1 Carrot, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2 - 4 Baby bok choy, see prep below
- 2 Pinches Sea Salt
Instructions- Wash the baby bok choy. Cut off the bottom half and discard. Separate leaves from the remaining stalk. Cut the stalk into 1/4 inch rings.
- Heat a wok over high heat until it starts to smoke, then add oil and garlic. Cook for a few seconds.
- Add the carrot slices and the white stalk of the baby bok choy and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Ad the bok choy leaves, a dash of water, sea salt and stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
