Butter Bok Choy

A Western style baby Bok Choy recipe.


  • 4 Baby bok choy
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Fill wok with 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
  2. In bamboo steamer add 4 baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise, to basket. Cover and steam until bok choy are just tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl, toss with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
