A Western style baby Bok Choy recipe. Ingredients- 4 Baby bok choy
- 1 Tbs Butter
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
Directions- Fill wok with 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
- In bamboo steamer add 4 baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise, to basket. Cover and steam until bok choy are just tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
- Transfer to serving bowl, toss with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
