Curried Fingerling Potatoes

Fingerlings are more fun with curry. Great with any meal, especially fondu.

  • 1 Lb Fingerling Potatoes
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Tbs Curry Powder
  • Sea Salt


  1. Clean potatoes and add to a pot. Add enough water to cover the potatoes with 2" of water.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Drain water and add butter, curry powder and two or three pinches of salt. Return to the stove on medium heat. Stir until the butter has melted and the butter curry mixture fully coats the potatoes, about five minutes.
