Perfect Hard Boiled Egg




My wife Tammy makes the perfect hard boiled egg. There's nothing worse then a dry chalky egg holk to ruin the perfect snack. Follow this recipe and your yolk will be more flavorful and almost chewy.

Ingredients

  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Add eggs to a pot and bring to a rolling boil. 
  2. Remove the pot from heat. 
  3. Add a lid and wait for 12 minutes. 
  4. Pour out hot water and replace with cold water and ice cubes.
  5. Let sit until eggs are cool.
