PB and J Smoothie

A healthy smoothie with lots of protein. When we first made this for breakfast I immediately was reminded of grade school lunches.


  • 1 Cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 Tbs Honey
  • 2 Large bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cup sliced strawberries (can be frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup reduced fat peanut butter


  1. Mix on low speed until ingredients are blended. 
  2. Increase the speed until the mixture is smooth.
