A healthy smoothie with lots of protein. When we first made this for breakfast I immediately was reminded of grade school lunches. Ingredients- 1 Cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 2 Large bananas
- 1 1/2 Cup sliced strawberries (can be frozen)
- 1/2 Cup reduced fat peanut butter
Directions- Mix on low speed until ingredients are blended.
- Increase the speed until the mixture is smooth.
