Who would ever think such a simple desert would have so many variations, both in ingredients and filling. This recipe is so easy it can be made Sunday morning with one eye closed. Ingredients- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
Directions- Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together with a whisk.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, 1/3 at a time, and whisk together until smooth.
- Heat a Tbs oil on a frying pan over medium high heat. Wipe oil around the pan when the oil is warm.
- Pour the batter into your pan, about 2 TBS, or enough to thinly cover the entire pan. Swirl the pan as you add the batter to help it coat the pan evenly.
- When the edges start to brown flip crepe. About 20-25 seconds.
- When the second side is brown remove to a drying rack and begin your next crepe.
- Add desert toppings and serve immediately. Toppings could include Nutella, bananas, nuts, jam, whip cream, etc.
